  • We aim to respond to all referrals within three working days. For urgent situations — for example, a young person in crisis — please call us directly so we can respond more quickly. We'll always try to prioritise the most vulnerable cases.

  • Yes — all of our community programmes are free to participants. We're funded through grants, donations and partnerships. If you'd like to support our work so we can keep services free, please get in touch about donation or funding opportunities.

  • Absolutely. We receive referrals from social workers, schools, GPs, housing officers, police and many other professionals. When making a referral, please include as much relevant information as you can and confirm whether the person has given their consent to be referred.
